When will my order arrive?

We understand that it is important for you to get your items quickly. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Excellent packaging, without compromise

Wrap items on all sides with at least 3 "to 4" of Air-Cellular cushioning material such as bubble wrap to minimize movement in transit. Place the packaged item in a sturdy outer box. Fill all the spaces with extra padding so that the wrapped item fits snugly inside the box. If there is no free space, pack the accessories in an additional box. Delivery attempts

The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your merchandise and leave a message informing you of the attempt. If the package is not deliverable after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited with the price of the item, but you will not be credited with any shipping and handling charges you may be charged. If you decline delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for the shipping costs (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leave signed notes

By leaving a signed note authorizing the courier to leave a package at the door, you have waived our company and the courier of any responsibility for any loss or damage.

Oversized shipments

Due to their size, orders of more than 5 items will arrive by freight delivery. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via email, once your order has been shipped. You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery time.

Note: To report any damage that has occurred during delivery, our office must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving your product. For your protection, please inspect your package upon delivery and do not sign or accept any shipping containers with external damage.

Product warranty claims

Our main goal is quality. We guarantee that every product we sell will withstand the supreme test - our customers' satisfaction.

Our one year warranty allows you to test any product. If for some reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we will replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping and handling charges). In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase.

It covers you for quality issues during warranty period. Each product has a specific warranty period. If it is not indicated in the product list, please contact us.

Trades:

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you reorder the item online and treat your original purchase as a return for refund. This will ensure that you receive the item you are looking for in the event that we are out of stock before we receive your return.


How to return the product:

Please verify the date of your invoice: we will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of the date of your invoice. Credit will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be given for returns made after 30 days from invoice. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Please make sure to ship your item via insured and traceable mail to the address listed on the return form. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and other carriers.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process refunds. Your banking institution may take additional days to process and save this transaction to your account once it has received the refund information from us. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Receipt of refused shipment

Please note that a refusal to receive a shipment (except prior approval) is considered a return and the actual freight cost for returning the package will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping error / damaged merchandise:
